Club, Resort, Gym, Yoga, Fitness Center, Timeshare, Vacation Ownership, Community, Association, and Society businesses have unique needs that require easy operations and streamlined activities. These businesses often face challenges when it comes to managing membership to their clients, booking, payment, payroll, inventory, marketing, report generation, and many more activities. The Membroz software aims to support businesses of any size, whether you are managing a large business or organization with multiple branches or a franchise-based business.

Investing in software can be worthwhile as it can streamline daily business operations and increase productivity in core areas.
We need to search for software that is suitable for our business needs. After testing the demo and trial versions of these software options, we can make an informed decision about which one is the best fit for our business.

Problem Statement

Prior to implementing our solution, the Clients were using Excel sheets and physical papers to store their customer's profiles, payment transactions, and product features, among other things. They were struggling with managing enquiries from various sources and performing follow-ups, which were both time-consuming and complex. Additionally, the clients faced difficulties in managing booking rules, inter-communication, multiple membership management, payment calculations, and manual billing, which were all prone to errors.

The task of selling merchandise to both members and non-members, generating bills manually, and managing different payment terms for different items were among the challenges faced by the clients. Running promotional offers/coupons and offering different discounts to members were also areas that posed significant difficulties.

The clients were struggling with various operational inefficiencies that were hindering their growth and profitability.

Goal

To create a robust application with a user-friendly and intuitive interface that streamlines the operations of our clients' businesses. We aim to provide a single platform that enables them to manage their operations from anywhere and any device.

To achieve this, we will create a hypothesis, gather feedback from users, iterate on the feedback received, and continually enhance the app's functionalities. We are committed to implementing new features and updates to ensure that the app remains engaging and relevant to users.

Our ultimate aim is to provide a comprehensive solution that meets the needs of our clients, enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively.

Outcomes

The Membroz SaaS app's release resulted in a significant increase in user engagement and retention for the company. With its Ul/UX design, the app quickly gained a user base, with many users using it for their daily business activities. The following are the outcomes of this project:

  • The Ul/UX design of the Membroz SaaS product allowed the company to monetize, with an estimated return of $1 million over six years.
  • The addition of new features and updates resulted in positive reviews and ratings, high levels of repeat usage, and a 25% increase in client subscriptions.
  • The app's continual updating and improvement based on user feedback may have contributed to an increase in user satisfaction.
  • As a designer, working on the Membroz SaaS project from start to finish provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the product design process, including problem identification and solution formulation. Collaborating with engineers and delivering final product to stakeholders allowed me to learn and grow in my field.
  • I am proud of my team for their support and belief in me throughout the project. I challenged myself to think critically, test with users, and present my ideas to stakeholders.

Overall, the Membroz SaaS project was a success for the company, and the outcomes of the project demonstrated the value of investing in a well-designed Ul/UX and front-end for a SaaS product.
